What is the Empress Mimi Lingerie Subscription Box?

A custom designed box filled with delectable lingerie and luxurious sleepwear. We change things up every month to keep things exciting, so every delivery is a special surprise. Depending on your choice of box, we can send anything from one pair of frillies to a full matching set with loungewear, accessories, and all things naughty and nice.

How long do I have to subscribe for?

Subscriptions start from one month (no strings attached), with special discounts for the 3, 6 and 12 month options. You can login and cancel or edit your subscription directly through your account at any time - no questions asked. What makes it special?

Whether you are buying this for yourself or for someone special, each box is custom designed to be an experience to open and a gift to receive. Founded by female entrepreneurs, this is the only lingerie subscription box which is made by women for women, with each piece lovingly designed in London to make the woman receiving the box feel like a #Queen.

What if I am unsure about my size?

We have endeavoured to make all items as adjustable as possible, so you may find that more than one size will fit you. If unsure, we suggest you order the clothing size you usually wear, and if needed, change your size options and exchange the item once you have tried on your first delivery. We provide no questions asked returns and exchanges and will always work with you to make sure your items fit perfectly!

When will my box be delivered?

Once you have completed your purchase, your Empress Mimi box will be shipped within 48-72 hours. After this, your box will be shipped around the 7th of each month. You will receive a code within 48 hours of shipment to track your package. For UK addresses, please allow 3-5 working days from shipment for delivery. For International deliveries, we advise 5-7 working days. Please note, we can not guarantee that there will be no unforeseen circumstances which may result in the delay of your package arriving (e.g. postal delays due to bad weather). 

How can I return or exchange an item?

We endeavour to make returns & exchanges as easy as possible for you. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make your return or exchange. Your items must not have been worn and still have all tags attached with the original packaging.

Empress Mimi can not be held responsible for any items lost in transit and as such we recommend using registered post when returning items. Cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is non-refundable, however exchanged items will be sent back to you by standard post free of charge.
